You have a single dedicated account manager for all communications.
Office hours are 9 am–5 pm CST, and email requests receive a response within 24 hours.
Depending on your plan, you can book monthly or bi-weekly strategy calls.

What are the billing options and commitment terms?

Month-to-Month: Cancel any time before the 1st of the next month—no fees.
Quarterly Commit: Pay 3 months up front at a 25 % discounted rate, with a pro-rated 1/3 refund if you cancel before the next quarter begins.
Cancellation must happen by the 1st of your billing period. Services automatically continue through the end of the paid term.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

If you’re not satisfied within your first 30 days, simply cancel before the 1st of the following month.
We’ll refund 100 % of that month’s fee—no questions asked.
Applies to both month-to-month and quarterly plans (quarterly clients receive a 1/3 refund).

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or add extra services?

Upgrades (more campaigns, extra landing pages, advanced audits) can be added mid-cycle and pro-rated.
Downgrades roll into the next billing period—no mid-month changes.
Unused “builds” or “audits” simply roll over to your next month or quarter, depending on your plan.

Who owns my ad accounts and data?

You always retain 100 % ownership of all ad accounts, landing-pages, and analytics data.
If you don’t have an existing account (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager), we build it for you and grant you full admin access.
On cancellation, you keep everything we’ve built—no lock-out games.

What if my business has seasonal needs or budget changes?

Just email your account manager with updates—no formal “request” needed.
We can pause, ramp up, or shift budgets across platforms in real time.
Seasonal promotions? We’ll adjust campaigns to match promotions, events, or new offerings.

What happens after my initial commitment term?

Month-to-Month automatically renews at the standard rate unless you cancel.
Quarterly clients can re-commit at the discounted rate or roll to month-to-month.
